Shipping policy

For retail customers, free shipping is offered on all domestic Australian orders that exceed $150. For orders that are less than $150, and for all wholesale orders, the shipping rates that appear in the table below apply.

All orders are picked and packed within 24 hours of confirmation of the order (or next business day if the order is confirmed on a weekend or public holiday).

We use Australia Post, Aramex Couriers, DHL, Seko and Couriers Please for a majority of our orders and offer both standard and express service. Indicative delivery lead times for standard service is 2-7business days for metropolitan areas (except Perth) and 3-7 business days for regional areas and for express service is 1-2 business days for metropolitan areas (except Perth) and 3-5 business days for regional areas. Note however that these are subject to carrier processing lead times and as such no guarantee is made concerning the actual time it will take for you to receive your order.

Tracking numbers are always provided and you will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped that includes a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order "real-time".
